Robin Fernandez, PCC, NCC is a leadership and communications coach, corporate trainer, workshop facilitator, speaker, writer, and professional singer-performer. Through her company, Nature of Being®, she works with C-suite leaders, managers, entrepreneurs, and executive, sales, and customer service teams in leadership development; effective communication; public speaking and stage presence; career development; and emotional intelligence, including managing conflict, stress, and change. Robin is a Newfield Certified Coach and graduate of the ontological coach training program at Newfield Network in Boulder, CO and is a Professional Certified Coach and credentialed member of the International Coaching Federation. Robin is an approved Recertification CEUs Provider with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). She is an partner consultant with TTI Success Insights’ assessment tools, certified in DISC, Driving Forces, Acumen, and Emotional Quotient. She is a certified trainer in workplace conflict resolution through the Mediation Training Institute of Eckerd College. Robin has a B.A. in Performing Arts—Theatre from American University, Washington, D.C., and is a member of Actors' Equity Association.
Robin performed professionally in musical theatre across the United States and touring Europe. She received accolades in performing her four cabaret shows and is a 30-time National Anthem singer for professional baseball, Veterans’ and civic events. Robin is committed to lifelong learning and inspiring others to fully express and experience their voice and purpose.
