Trained and certified as an ontological coach, Robin utilizes ontological models and techniques in this powerful coaching method that generates awareness in language, the body, and moods/emotions. The premise of ontological coaching is that observation and shifts in your “nature of being” prompt new actions, thereby producing transformational results.

Whether in-person or via online video conferencing, she will customize training according to the client’s/organization’s requests and needs. Robin’s consulting services include support in utilizing assessment tools for hiring decisions, evaluating needed skill development for leaders/managers, and suggested training for creating dynamic teams. Recommendations and resources may be offered to clients/teams within the coaching/training process as applicable to the learning and in alignment with clients’ goals. These suggestions are clearly differentiated from coaching conversations. 

Robin provides training and facilitation of relevant, compelling topics to Human Resources professionals in an interactive virtual format.
